Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is Lagree? - Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that focuses on slow, controlled movements to build strength, endurance, and core stability. It’s often compared to Pilates but is more dynamic and resistance-based — you’ll shake, sweat, and strengthen safely.

2. What’s the difference between Mat-Based Lagree and Mega Pro classes? - Our Mat-Based Lagree classes (launching November 9) use props like resistance bands, sliders, and body weight to mimic the movements of a Megaformer.
Mega Pro classes (arriving January 2026) take it to the next level — using the official Mega Pro machines for deeper resistance and full Lagree intensity.

3. I’m new to Lagree — where should I start?- Start with our Beginner Series or any Mat-Based Lagree class. These classes focus on learning form, transitions, and proper alignment before moving into full Mega workouts.

4. How long are classes? - Each class is 45 minutes, including a warm-up and cool-down. Expect a full-body workout that targets strength, stability, and endurance.

5. What should I bring to class?

Bring:

  • Grip socks (required for safety — available for purchase at the studio)
  • A water bottle
  • A towel (optional)

All other equipment — mega pros, mats, sliders, and resistance bands — will be provided.

6. What should I wear? - Wear comfortable, fitted activewear that allows you to move freely and helps instructors correct form easily. Avoid baggy clothing.
